WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN BOOKING JESSICA

Choosing the right speaker for your event is a big decision and requires a lot of time, investment, and trust. Jessica appreciates all that goes into making an event great. Her goal is to make your job seamless, delightful, and successful… starting with the booking process.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

step 1: reach out

Share your event information details- dates, times, and needs- online or via phone. You’ll hear back quickly.

Step 2: Hop on a Discovery Call

Schedule a 30-minute Zoom or phone call to share more about your needs, goals, audience and logistics and to learn about Jessica’s speaking and training solutions to see if there’s a match.

Step 3: Book Jessica

After agreement on the terms, sign a contract and provide a 50% deposit for Jessica’s speaking fee to secure a spot on her calendar. Jessica can also send a proposal prior to the contract if needed for your organization. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is in motion, you will receive marketing materials – speaking title, description, learning outcomes and Jessica’s bio and headshot – and set a time to consult with Jessica so she can start getting prepared for your event.

Step 4: Celebrate

Watch your mailbox, because Jessica takes partnerships seriously. We hope you like confetti!

Step 5: Join a Planning Call

Grab your planning team and connect with Jessica over Zoom or by phone to dig deeper on your event. Over a one-hour discussion, she’ll ask about your goals, desired outcomes, audience, theme, industry and logistics. All insights will be used to help Jessica prepare for a tailored experience and ensure all aspects of the event are set up for success.

Step 6: Host An Awesome Event

Jessica will check in 48-hours before the event to review all details, and then show up an hour early the day of the event to set up A/V and greet audience members. Then, it’s showtime. Get ready to laugh, learn, and walk away with application steps.

Step 7: Share Feedback and Final Payment

You will receive a survey on your experience and a final invoice with the second half of Jessica’s speaking fee, and any travel expenses.

Step 8: Debrief Together

Jessica gathers data from each event and will share a summary of your audience’s take-a-ways, and she’ll ask for your feedback as well. Then, you’ll hop on a final call or Zoom to assess the experience, observations, lessons learned and next steps.
