My husband and I recently hopped in the car to head into Nashville. It was an extra hot day, and we were in a big-time hurry.
As luck would have it, the first thing we noticed when we started the car was the reminder our gas tank was almost empty! (It always happens at the most inopportune times!)
“Shoot! We forgot to fill up!”
Just like our vehicles give us indicators when we need to refuel… so does our body and mind.
And sometimes we need reminders to check our gauge.
For me, irritability, tiredness, and a negative outlook are ALWAYS clues to replenish my tank.
